Gladstone celebrates its grad student trainees each year during Graduate Student Appreciation Week, holding multiple events to encourage connection and collaboration within the community.

The Challenge
Communicate the theme of “building community” to Gladstone’s trainee audience, generating anticipation and excitement for upcoming events.

The Solution
I created an abstract graphic in Illustrator representing the linking of people and ideas. The vivid color palette and gradients are designed to catch people’s attention. I also created all print and digital assets.

The design was used across various formats and created consistency across a range of events and activities.

Outcomes
A well-attended program of events, positive feedback, and a more supported and engaged trainee community.
